FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All paper patterns, kits and templates will be shipped within 2-5 working days from date or purchase. If there are any delays in posting we will endeavour to be in touch as soon as possible.

Delivery within Australia usually takes 1-15 working days. Deliveries outside Australia can take between 2-6 weeks depending on where the product is being shipped to. 

Shipping is calculated by weight and/or size of the parcel. 

HOW DO I GET MY PDF PURCHASE?

Your PDF purchase will be emailed directly to you as a link. Please download the file and save to your computer. The link will expire after 24 hours however, if you click on the expired link, an email with a new link will be automatically sent.

HOW DO I PRINT MY PDF PATTERN?

All pattern instructions and templates are true to size and do not need to be scaled up or down. Please print onto A4/US letter size paper. Some patterns layouts and placement guides will require pages being taped together. Some template pages will need to be printed at A3/US ledge paper size so please be aware of this before tracing the design.

WHICH CURRENCY IS MY ORDER PLACED IN?

All orders are processed in Australian dollars at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS?

Orders placed outside Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes when they arrive in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are we are not liable to pay any such fees. Your local customs office or postage office will notify you of any additional charges which are to be paid by the purchaser.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Whilst we hope that your are happy with your purchase we do ask that you please choose carefully!

No refunds can be given on PDF patterns or paper patterns due to copyright laws.

Should your purchase prove to be faulty or does not match the description provided then a refund can be given if the faulty item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Please notify us immediately of any faults.

Refunds will not eligible for change of mind.
